Leon County Veterans Treatment Court Administrative Order 2016-05	Informational Only; Outlines the procedures for the Leon County Veterans Treatment Court
Order Reassigning Case to Leon County VTC	Once determination has been made that case out of Circuit Court will be referred to Leon County VTC
Veterans Treatment Court Ordered Deferred Prosecution Agreement	Once determination has been made that case will transfer into Leon County VTC from County court on a pre-trial basis (in addition to reassignment order, if applicable)
Veterans Treatment Court Probation Addendum	Once determination has been made that case will transfer into Leon County VTC from Circuit Court on a post-adjudication basis (in addition to reassignment order, if applicable)
Order Transferring Case Back to Originally Assigned Court from Leon County VTC	Once determination has been made that the Veteran’s case cannot be resolved in Leon County VTC and must return to the originally assigned Circuit court for disposition
Agreed Order to Transfer Out	Once agreement has been reached that a Circuit case will be transferred from Leon County VTC to another VTC in Florida
Agreed Order to Transfer In	Once agreement has been reached that a Circuit case will be transferred from another VTC in Florida to Leon County VTC
