Administrative Orders
The Chief Judge of each of Florida's 20 judicial circuits has administrative supervision over all courts within the circuit. As part of this administrative supervision, the Chief Judge may enter administrative orders to carry out this responsibility. See Florida Rules of General Practice and Judicial Administration, Rule 2.215.
Administrative orders provide guidance to court partners, the public, and to attorneys on a variety of topics, such as judge assignments, court processes, policies, and priorities within the circuit.
