Conflict Attorney Overview

Pursuant to Florida Statute 27.40 (2007) and Ch. 2012-123, Laws of Florida, the Chief Judge of the Second Judicial Circuit has compiled a list of attorneys in private practice, by county and by category of cases, and provided that list to the clerk of court in each county.

The Registry is used for appointment of attorneys for persons entitled to court-appointed counsel, in cases in which the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel has a conflict of interest.

The Registry will be used for appointment of attorneys for persons entitled to court-appointed counsel, in cases in which the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel has a conflict of interest.
