The Second Judicial Circuit in and for Franklin County will be closed tomorrow, Tuesday, 26 June 2012, due to Tropical Storm Debby. Cases scheduled to be heard tomorrow will be rescheduled for future dates to be determined. All jurors summoned to report tomorrow should not report. Repeat, all jurors scheduled for Tuesday should not report. A tolling order will be sought from the Supreme Court of Florida to keep parties from being unduly prejudiced. Timely updates concerning future closings will be made as circumstances warrant.
